Hobby of Collecting Stamps

My name is Sarah, and I am in grade four. I love collecting stamps. This is my favorite hobby. I started collecting stamps when I was in grade two. My father gave me a stamp album as a gift. Since then, I have been collecting stamps from different countries. I love to know about the history and cultures of the countries through their stamps. My favorite stamp is the one with a picture of a panda on it. I have a special place for it in my album.

Hobby of Reading Books

Besides collecting stamps, I also love to read books. Reading is a great way to improve my vocabulary and knowledge. I usually read storybooks, novels, and biographies. My favorite book of all time is “The Little Prince.” It is a story about a prince who learns about love and life from a fox he meets on a journey. I have read this book many times, and it never gets old.

Hobby of Playing Music

Lastly, I enjoy playing music. I play the piano and the guitar. I started playing the piano when I was six years old. I learned it from my grandfather who was a professional pianist. He taught me how to play and read notes. Then, I started playing the guitar when I was nine years old. I learned it from a music teacher at school. Playing music helps me to relax and express myself.

In conclusion, these are my hobbies – collecting stamps, reading books, and playing music. I enjoy doing them whenever I have free time. These hobbies bring me joy and knowledge, and I hope to do them for a long time.
