Subject: School Sports Day Arrangement and Preparation Work
We are pleased to inform you that the school sports day is coming up soon. To ensure the smooth running of the event, we would like to share some important information and preparation work with you.
The sports day will take place on April 20th, which is a Monday. All classes will be cancelled on that day so that students can participate in the events. The sports day will be divided into several categories, including track and field events, team games, and fun activities. Each class is required to participate in at least two events, and students are encouraged to join in as many activities as possible.
In addition, we would like to remind all students that sports day is not just about winning, but about participating and having fun. We expect all participants to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect for others. Cheating, bullying, or any other form of unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
To prepare for the sports day, we strongly advise all students to practice and train for their chosen events in advance. It is also important to wear appropriate clothing and footwear on the day of the event. Students who have any physical or medical conditions that may affect their participation in the sports day must inform their class teachers in advance.
We hope that all students will enjoy the sports day and create long-lasting memories. Let’s work together to make it a successful and memorable event!
